These Seared Canadian Scallops are great to serve as a canapé for a function, or as a larger serving for a main.
Scallops - the ultimate party starter
Ingredients
Serves:
- 60 each Canadian scallops (6 per serve)
- 100 mL Crisco Canola Oil
- 1.5 kg ETA Mayonnaise
- 250 g Chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
Method
Step 1
Mix or blend mayonaise and chipotle chillies together.
Step 2
Sear scollops and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Dress plate with Chipotle mayonnaise and place scollops on mayonnaise.
