Colourful, aromatic and flavoursome, this Chicken Tikka Masala has all of the elements required to spice up your menu.

Ingredients
Serves:
- 1 kg Boneless Chicken Thigh
- 16 g Ground Cumin
- 16 g Ground Coriander
- 24 g Garam Masala
- 16 g Ground Fennel
- 20 g Kashmiri Chili Powder
- 100 mL Yoghurt
- 8 g Tandoori Paste
- 4 g Tandoori Powder
- 18 g Fenugreek Seeds
- 100 g Fortune Biryani Special Basmati Rice
Method
Step 1
Cook your Fortune Biryani Special Basmati Rice according to the instructions found on the bag.
Step 2
Add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, fennel, kashmiri chili, tandoori paste and tandoori powder into the yoghurt and mix well.
Step 3
Saute the fenugreek seeds until fragrant and add to the rest of the yoghurt and mix. Marinate the chicken, leaving whole.
Step 4
Set aside for 24 hours in the fridge.
Step 5
Grill chicken on a hot pan until cooked through and charred.
Step 6
Serve with your Fortune Biryani Special Basmati Rice and favourite accompaniments like mango chutney, cucumber riata and naan bread.
